Resoycled candles are made in the beloved town of Denton, Texas. All of our candles are hand-poured in small batches into recycled and reusable (mostly vintage) vessels. We use pure, clean-burning, soy wax and phthalate free oils, which means they are free of any chemical additives.
The decision to use found vessels comes from our desire to create pieces that are not only beautiful and timeless but also sustainable. It is our hope that you will continue the use of the vessel once the candle has reached its end. Recycle the container once about 1/2 an inch of wax is left by simply melting out the remaining wax with soap and hot water.
The use of a wooden wick in our candles is something that we think is really great. The sounds they create allow for a unique experience every time they're lit.
Safety, quality, and consistency are at the forefront of our business. We can assure you that each and every candle is hand-poured and therefore unique but that the quality remains consistent. To ensure even burning and to prevent the flame from becoming too large be sure to trim the wick before each use.
We are continuously inspired by our love for well-crafted glassware and all things vintage. Our vision from the very beginning was to create one-of-a-kind items for your home and this is something that we will hold true for years to come. Carrie Crumbley founded Resoycled Candle Company in 2012 out of a need to be more involved in the Denton community.
